Hi, I’m Deepak, the proud owner of Masala Junction. My dream has always been to bring the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of Indian cuisine to the heart of Baku. Located on Nizami Street, we’ve become one of the city’s favorite spots for authentic Indian food, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and support we’ve received.

At Masala Junction, I work alongside two incredibly talented Indian chefs to ensure every dish is a true representation of India.
